b)      Review of Graphic or Text plus Graphic (Design) TM Application – $385

3)      Send me by email a short description of your intend use for the mark. Identify your product or service and how your product or service will be sold.

4)      Answer this question – Are you currently using your trademark across state lines? Yes or No

5)      Email me your full contact information; and

6)      Agree to the Terms of Service listed below

(You must save your trademark application by following step 3 on the Validation Page by clicking Download Portable Data.  The file will be named teas_bas.  Save this file somewhere on your hard drive and remember where you saved it to attach to your email.  Please add your last name to the end of the file name, such as teas_bas Grell to personalize the file.)

By proceeding with an email to attorney Mat Grell at mgrell@bgiplaw.com and payment of the fee set forth above via PayPal at mgrell@bgiplaw.com you hereby agree to the Terms of Service to be performed by the law firm of Balser & Grell IP Law, LLC (www.bgiplaw.com). Balser & Grell will not proceed with performing any service nor be required to perform such legal services until all of the above items have been received, including pre-payment. Upon delivery of all of the above, Balser & Grell will review your trademark application and provide you with feedback on your trademark application in an email correspondence and/or a revised teas_bas file.  The fee set forth herein is solely for a legal review of the single trademark application provided and does not include payment of your filing fee or any other legal services, such as the actual filing of your trademark application, docketing any response or follow up, or responding to an office action or other communication from the USPTO.  Such additional legal services may be offered under a separate engagement agreement with Balser & Grell IP Law, LLC and there will be additional attorney’s fees for such services.

Balser & Grell has not performed any trademark availability searches for your mark and therefore, we express no opinion as to the registrability of your mark.  Additionally, we express no opinion as to whether your mark would infringe another trademark or would be infringed.
